THE PRESIDENT’S CORNER

     With the assistance of the Berkeley Chapter, the Morgan Chapter was chartered on November 13, 1992 with 13 members.  The chapter now has 82 members.

     The chapter emphasizes Alzheimer's Research funding support through co-sponsorship of the Morgan County Annual Fair 5K Run/Walk and other fundraisers.  Community service is also emphasized.

     Special event meetings include a picnic (August) and a Christmas Party (December).  Our annual officer elections are held in November.  Other meetings generally include a guest speaker from the community, addressing topics of general interest to retirees living in our town and area.
