This Chapter was started in Keyser, WV in March 1994 with a total of 15 members.   Since then we have increased to 52 members.

The Chapter covers four (4) counties: Mineral, Hampshire, Grant and Hardy.

Our luncheon meetings are held at noon four (4) times a year -- on the second Wednesday of April, June, October, and November at the Pines Restaurant in Keyser.

All active and retired employees are welcome to attend, including spouses.

The Pines Restaurant is located south of Keyser on Rt. 220.

People who join NARFE know the most effective means of change starts from within. Each NARFE member’s voice and support carries twice its
strength in making a difference on Capitol Hill.
